The price is actually on the website
Bloomily’s pricing page is a questionnaire — the exact price arrives by email. Ours is a price: $39, $149, $249, and from $399, published with every feature listed. Check both sites right now.
Bloomily and LittlesLink make similar promises — modern software, flat pricing, no per-child fees. The differences show up in the details: what’s actually published, what payments cost families, and how deep the operational features go. Here is a fair, sourced look at both.
Information verified against published materials as of July 10, 2026.
We'd rather you pick the right tool than the loudest pitch — these are honest gaps, not fine print.

Bloomily doesn’t charge per child — but per their own FAQ, families pay 3.5% + $0.30 on card payments and 1% on ACH. On $1,200/month tuition paid by card, that’s over $40 every month, per family. LittlesLink never touches your tuition.
Bloomily is iOS-first: by their own FAQ, there is no Android staff app, and Android classrooms use a web fallback until later in 2026. LittlesLink is a web app by design — a classroom full of Android tablets gets the exact same product as an iPad.
Subsidy ledgers, split billing for blended families, CACFP export, and QuickBooks export are the unglamorous features that make month-end survivable — all included in our Pro tier, and none listed in Bloomily’s published materials.
Bloomily’s support is email-only, Monday to Friday, 9–5 Pacific — a 7:45am Eastern incident waits until midday. LittlesLink support is direct, with priority channels on Pro and Network.
Our assistant drafts communication for a human to approve, and child records are never automatically fed to the model. Bloomily advertises an AI assistant that "knows every child." Ask both vendors precisely what child data reaches the model — we like our answer.
An honest comparison cuts both ways. Here's what they do that we don't — yet or by design.
Bloomily ships dedicated iOS apps for parents, staff, and kiosk, with NFC tap check-in and an iPad rental program. If your center is all-Apple and wants native apps, that’s a real difference — LittlesLink is a mobile-first web app on every platform.
Bloomily uniquely bundles summer-camp management and a website builder alongside childcare features. If you run camps as a major line of business, that consolidation is genuinely useful.
Bloomily advertises SMS alerts, in-app autopay, and payroll — three boxes we don’t tick today (email notifications and invoice billing here). Weigh the autopay convenience against the parent-paid processing fees above.
Bulk import is built in, Pro includes assisted migration, and our white-glove Advanced Migration service can move your enrollment, family, and attendance data for you. Try LittlesLink alongside your current system free for 14 days.
