The launch subscription rate applies for your first 12 full monthly billing cycles.

Your subscription automatically moves to the standard monthly rate for your plan in full billing cycle 13.

If your first bill covers only part of a month, that prorated period receives the launch rate. Your 12 full monthly billing cycles begin afterward.

Changing plans keeps your original introductory billing schedule. Contact us to review the effective date, any upgrade charge and the features and operating limits of your new package. Plan reductions take effect on the next first of the month and do not create mid-month credits.

Every plan connects child records, daily care, attendance, family communication and tuition invoicing. The comparison above shows the additional tools and operating limits for each package. Features marked Coming soon are not part of today’s subscription; their future package availability is not promised.

Home includes 20 active children. Core includes 50 active children per location. Pro includes 100 active children per location. Network includes 150 active children per location. Parent & Guardian Portal accounts, including mobile access, are included with your subscription.

Enrollment can continue beyond the included allowance. Each additional active child costs $8/month on Home, $6/month on Core, $5/month on Pro, $5/month on Network. Core, Pro and Network calculate overages separately for each location.

Add the monthly organization fee to the monthly fee for every participating location, including the first. You pay $799/month organization fee + $399/month per location for your first 12 full monthly billing cycles, then $1,149/month organization fee + $549/month per location. Each location has its own included allowance of 150 active children.

Network requires at least 3 participating locations. Core and Pro support up to 2 separately billed locations.

Enterprise pricing is custom. Request a review for more than 250 active children at a single location, more than 750 active children organization-wide, 10 or more locations, or government, institutional, or non-childcare organizational use. Enrollment can continue during review.

Optional enrollment functionality on Home, website services and separately scoped work can carry additional charges. Fully Managed replaces Basic Care rather than adding a second website care fee. Online tuition payment collection is currently a test pilot; processing rates and live availability must be confirmed separately before use.

Start a one-time, shared, read-only demonstration using sample information. Provide your email address, receive one verification code by Text or Email, and accept the demo agreement. Access opens automatically for seven days; no staff approval or credit card is needed. You can continue without text messages. No paid subscription is created automatically.

Under the current subscription policy, cancel by the end of the 15th in your organization’s billing time zone to end the current billing period without another renewal. After that deadline, one further monthly renewal applies. If your first subscription began after the 15th, you can cancel before its first renewal. Review the final charge and end date shown before confirming; cancellation does not automatically create refunds or credits. Confirm data access, available exports and retention terms for your organization before cancelling.
